Clinical Info

Interphase FISH analysis utilizing dual color, break-apart probe sets for the DUSP22/IRF genes at 6p25.3 and the TP63 gene at 3q28. Rearrangements of these genes may be observed in ALK-negative, anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The translocation partner gene cannot be identified in this assay. If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred.
