Special Info
All blood bank samples must be labeled with the date and initials of the phlebotomist drawing the sample. Specimen must have a unique permanent ID number or social security number along with the patient's name. Patients should be at least 6 months of age. The antibody titers reported are dependent upon patient blood type.
