This kit provides the materials necessary for shipping medical & transplant kidney biopsy specimens directly to Cleveland Clinic Laboratories.

A prepaid mailing label is included – simply place the green box in the provided UN3373 pak, affix the label to the outside of the packaging, and arrange for a pick-up or drop-off.
