Clinical Info
Interphase FISH analysis utilizing a dual color, break-apart probe for the TP63 at 3q28. Rearrangements of the TP63 gene may be seen in ALK-negative, anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The translocation partner gene cannot be identified in this assay. If no cells are available for analysis, no analysis charges will be incurred.
