Antineuronal Nuclear Antibody (Anti-Hu) is found in 5-10% of patients with small cell carcinoma of the lung. Anti-Hu is associated with subacute syndrome of encephalomyeloradiculopathy, sensory neuropathy, and autoimmune neuropathy, predominantly affecting the gastrointestinal tract.
