Special Info
Submit Surgical Pathology Requisition or accompany with an electronically generated test request. Specimen will be stained for IgG, IgA, IgM, CD3 and Fibrinogen; or, for kidney, albumin. Requisition must be completely filled out with date of procedure, patient's name, clinic number, date of birth or age, clinical history, clinician, procedure location, initial of nurse who assisted procedure, specimen submitted and any requests for special procedures (i.e. D.I.F.)
