Age of Onset; Age at AEA testing; Clinical Manifestations, including Diarrhea, Hematochezia, Vomiting, Failure to Thrive, Peripheral Edema, Chronic cough/Asthma, Arthralgias/Arthritis, Fevers, Recurrent infection (specify), Skin Rash (specify), other (specify); Associated Auto-Immune Disorders, including Glomerulonephritis, Diabetes, other (specify); and Any treatment in progress including but not limited to Corticosteroids, Cyclosporine,Tacrolimus, or other (specify). Thawed or thawing specimens (warm or cold) will be rejected.
